Roll Jiu Jitsu Academy - Member Terms of Service

Welcome to Roll Jiu Jitsu Academy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your membership with Roll Jiu Jitsu Academy ("Roll Jiu Jitsu," "we," "us," or "our"). By becoming a member of Roll Jiu Jitsu Academy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not become a member or access our services.

1. Membership

1.1. Eligibility: To become a member of Roll Jiu Jitsu Academy, you must meet the eligibility criteria specified by us and sign the provided waiver and membership agreement. By becoming a member, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.

1.2. Membership Benefits: As a member of Roll Jiu Jitsu Academy, you will have access to various benefits, including but not limited to: (a) access to training sessions, classes, and facilities; (b) member-exclusive discounts and promotions.

1.3. Membership Fees: Membership fees may apply, and they are subject to change at our discretion. By becoming a member, you agree to pay the applicable membership fees according to the terms specified by Roll Jiu Jitsu Academy.

2. Code of Conduct

2.1. Respect and Sportsmanship: As a member of Roll Jiu Jitsu Academy, you are expected to conduct yourself with respect, integrity, and sportsmanship at all times. This includes respecting fellow members, instructors, staff, and the facilities.

2.2. Safety: Your safety and the safety of others are of utmost importance. You agree to follow all safety guidelines, rules, and instructions provided by Roll Jiu Jitsu Academy and its instructors.

2.3. Cleanliness: You agree to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards while using the facilities of Roll Jiu Jitsu Academy, including cleaning up after yourself and properly storing your belongings.

3. Termination of Membership

3.1. Grounds for Termination: Roll Jiu Jitsu Academy reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms or the code of conduct; (b) disruptive or inappropriate behavior; (c) non-payment of membership fees; or (d) any other conduct deemed unacceptable by Roll Jiu Jitsu Academy.

3.2. Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your membership, you will no longer have access to the benefits and services offered to members of Roll Jiu Jitsu Academy.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. Disclaimer: Roll Jiu Jitsu Academy provides training and other services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

4.2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Roll Jiu Jitsu Academy or its affiliates, directors, employees, be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your membership or participation in our programs, events, or activities.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
