Staff reserve the right to ask anyone not respecting these guidelines to leave the academy immediately.

• All students must wash their hands and feet before entering the mat area.

• If you are feeling unwell, do not come to class.

• No food, drink or chewing gum on mat level.

• No foul language inside or around the academy

• No smoking inside or around the academy

• Be aware of your personal hygiene. Shower and trim your nails before class.

• Please remove all makeup, jewelery and piercings prior to class.

• Make sure your Gi & rashguard are clean, free from odor and in good condition.

• If you (the student) or your child is sick, please stay home.

• Feet must be cleaned before stepping on the mats.

• Treat everyone with respect and the same will be done to you.

• Clean up after yourself. This includes the bathrooms, change rooms and common areas. Take your belongings with you when you leave.

• Please show up on time. It is disrespectful and disruptive to be late.

• Please wait mat side until the instructor gives you permission to join the class if you do arrive late.

• Students must ask permission to leave the mat area

• All personal belongings ( except outdoor shoes) must be kept in the changerooms. Outdoor shoes may be left in designated areas at the front or rear of the academy.

• Be respectful of classes that are in session. If the instructor says you’re being too loud, you’re being too loud.

• If you are injured notify the instructor immediately.
