Please call and arrange directly with the receptionist for your free trial class. We are not able to accept walk-ins at this time.
We want to give your child the opportunity to see how they like the classes before you commit to a membership. We will provide a loaner Gi (uniform) for the duration of the trial. During the class you and your child will get one-on-one time to get to know the instructors and so we can answer any questions you might have.

We believe Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a means to personal development and growth. Strength, humility, respect, discipline and responsibility are common core values taught in all levels of our kids classes.
- Adult Program

Our program is designed to provide both new and experienced students with a solid foundation in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We focus on education and technique. We are committed to providing quality instruction in an environment that is safe, free from harassment or abuse and promotes respectful and positive behaviour and values.
- Adult Private Lessons

Private lessons are a highly effective and efficient way to learn Jiu Jitsu. Privates allow for a customized curriculum, to learn at your own pace, and receive one-on-one attention from the instructor. They are ideal if you want to improve specific skills or techniques, or catch up on material if you missed a class. At Roll we strive to always present the most up to date techniques for our students. Regularly we will invite world class instructors to our academy to run a seminar that focuses on new and cutting edge content. We encourage both beginners and the experienced to participate in these exciting events.
